New addition. Need name.

So there has been a new addition to the brood:

Any help with names? It is a little boy, siamese mix, and has massive paws. I think he may end up being Buddy sized by the time he is through growing. The girls are thrilled. For those that like kittens, you better come quickly before he gets large!

Soren had his 1 year appointment last week. He is still hanging strong in the 80th percentile for height and 3rd percentile for weight. Soon he will be gunning for my title as king of the chicken legs.

Here is an update Julie sent out via email. Some of you already received it.

Hi there,
I realized that I have not sent pictures, so here they are.  The kids
got new summer hairdos.  Soren's hair was so long and was in dire need
of a shaving.  We wanted to see how long his hair had to be in order
for it to lay down.  Three inches is much too long for a one year old.
So we decided not to wait any longer.  I am sure he will grow his
hair out in High School to see how long it needs to be.  He turned 1
on the 4th and is enjoying his new freedom (crawling).

Ashlyn is done with school now and is eager for Kindergarten.  She
doesn't understand why she can't start going now.  I explained to her
that we have to wait until the summer is over and play.  I guess
school sounds too exciting to her instead of playing.  Obviously she
doesn't know what she is thinking.

Alia had her program at school and actually stood up in front of
everyone and recited some lines.  She did it without hesitation which
was a miracle that she even stood up.  I thought for sure she was just
going to sit there like a stubborn mule when they said it was her
turn.  I don't know what got into her that day, but I am glad that it
worked out.

Enjoy the pictures!
